Regarding your inquiry, unfortunately there is no setting to render html tag in the dashboard/entries view currently where as the content of entries list in this page was truncated
However, if you still want to display it with not-truncated content you can try to replace my file attached in the folder:
JoomlaFolder\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\dashboard\entries\default.php

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

Thanks but I think I will live without it as I cant remember to do this for each update.

Actually you can do template override for this file where it will not effected as you update to a newer version
