I think that deleting a category and then renaming another category to the same name might have broken the display of a category and some posts under the category? It is puzzling.

I was trying to move some items from one section of the site to another and deleted a category which I believe was named Dr. Carney's Videos. I then renamed another category to what may have been the same name. I now have a section of the site giving me 404 errors that I have not been able to resolve.

The urls in question are posts underneath https://www.drcarney.com/shop

The Category Food Coaching is displaying well but anything under the category of Dr. Carney Videos is giving 404 errors.

As you can see at some of these urls:

https://www.drcarney.com/shop/dvds-streaming-media

https://www.drcarney.com/shop/dvds-streaming-media/why-we-do-what-we-do

do you think that I might have a url that was deleted but is not somehow purged from the system. I know that with Joomla items I have to trash them and then there is another step to actually remove them completely?

It seems that something must be wrong with my category?

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Sean,

Sorry for the delay of this reply.

It seems that, after checking on your site, it seems that one of your modules may cause this issues to happen. I have found out that your " Module: Shop - Videos Index [mod_zentools2] " have caused this issues to happen.

After checking on the modules itself, i suspected that the module is not correctly saved all your updated categories as all those settings is saved to database and called when it is needed. It seems that your is not updated with your current categories, and after i tried to re-save your " Module: Shop - Videos Index [mod_zentools2] ", it seems to works fine now. Maybe you can give it a check and see how it goes.

Wow. Thanks. That makes so much sense. I should have thought of that. JoomlaBamboo is in the process of acquiring the latest version of EasyBlog so that they can improve their module to not crash the pages in instances like that. It worked perfectly with the older EasyBlog.

I am so grateful for your help!!!
