How can I limit members to 3 posts per day in active stream?

where can i set the user to be able to post only 3 times per day...

Post Story In Dashboard only 3 times a day~~~Is it possible to achieve?

There is no setting for this kind of restriction. But there is a flood control setting which is aimed to prevent spams.
Profile Type>ACL>Story>Flood Interval
