How can I know what is the language file of these words

I would like to update these word but I don't know how can I find these files.
Hi,

The leaderboard one is it:

/language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_easysocial_leaderboard.ini

As for the string APP_BLOG_STREAM_CREATED_BLOG_POST_ACTION, seems like we missed this out and you can add this in /administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_app_user_blog.ini
