How can I hide when someone installs an app?

If it can't be done could I hide the install app button?

Sorry for late reply to this,
What my suggestion is you can turn off this stream reminder from your backend > EasySocial > appplication > find User - Apps > Install application - NO
So the system will not show this stream to your friend. Hope this help.

Can you provide us some screenshot which page are you referring to?
Perhaps you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look? Please advise.
