I don't need the quickly submit option in the toolbar. How can I hide it?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. You can disable the 'Quick Postings' option as highlighted here, http://take.ms/ITJoF . Once that is disabled, the quick posting button would no longer appear
