I love EasyBlog. It's just what I was looking for. However when someone clicks on one of my articles, the URL changes from:

http://www.spikesantee.com

to

http://www.spikesantee.com/EasyBlog/protect-your-business-from-competitors.html

I want to eliminate the /EasyBlog/ so my URL will look like this:

http://www.spikesantee.com/protect-your-business-from-competitors.html

How can I do that?

Thanks.

Spike
Dear Mark,

After I fixed all of the links in sh404SEF, I have decided I want to undo the fix you made to the /components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php.

You wrote "I have helped you customize the SEF file which is located in /components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php so that the "menu" alias isn't added."

When I go look at that file, I find the line of code at line 89 is NOT commented out. It doesn't have // in front of the code. I want to go back to the default setting that I had before but I don't know how to do it.

Can you help me?

Thanks.

Hello Edward,

Sorry for the late reply. Please download the file attached (which is the original version) and replace it here

JOOMLA/components/com_easyblog/sef_ext/com_easyblog.php

Hope this helps.

Thanks!
