How can I close ECHO responsive mode?

if I don't want responsive mode,can I close it?
I am not encourage user to disable responsive layout and there do not have a easy way to turn it off.

May i know what is the reason you would like to close responsive layout? is it you face some of the issue regarding this?

Do note if the user view your website on mobile, it will not display properly.
