There is no setting to adjust the ordering of those links in the toolbar.
If you really want to, you would have to template override this file: JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php

I want developer to include the function to change it in admin panel.

Unfortunately we unable to accept this is because we would like to make Easysocial backend setting keep it as simple, those menu link ordering should be done with template override, if you need further assistance on this, please feel free start a new thread so our moderator will assist you on this.
