I noticed that the hovercard feature on the timeline when in the comment section does not work...

If I start a post and someone comments on the post... The hover feature does not pop up and allow me to
Follow, friend request or start a conversation.

This is where it should work as we build a relationship with users that take interest in our post and/or make comments.

Is this a glitch? or how can we get this issue resolved?
