I have tested on my local and am not able to replicate it.

In my example server timzone is the same as owner timezone and still the opening hours info is not correct.

- Did you mean you have set the timezone and the owner timezone to be the same and its still not showing correctly? I did the same and the opening hours is correctly displayed.

Can you elaborate more on your issue? Perhaps, you can provide us your backend and FTP access so that we can test this on your site.

Please excuse the delayed answer...
It seems the opening hours are triggered from the user who is browsing.
Exmaple:
A user from Kuala Lumpur visits a page from UK (opening hours 9am to 6pm - page owner UK timezone) at 10pm Malaysian time.
- it will display "Closed Currently" because it is 10pm in Malaysia (ES browsing user custom field timezone, Malaysia UTC+08:00)
- In reality at that precise moment it is open (page owner timezone is UK)
- At 10pm in Kuala Lumpur you can still call a business that closes at 6pm in UK....
- So in this example a user in Malysia should read - open from 9am to 6pm - even if his local time is 10pm
