Home page Easy Social drop downs are not work & doesnt show Tooltip on hover

On the site home page when u hover over the ES menu items (NOT the main header menu dropdowns) see the photo. Nothing appears.

Same in edge and chrome.

Once you get past the home page it works fine.

I noticed your site load extremely slow, may i know did you realise that?

By the way, can you update your correct FTP password so we can better have a check your current issue?

Because i was getting this when i connect your FTP server : 



Command:	PASS ************

Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error: Could not connect to server

Hi I also have that problem on a site with Helix Ultra template and SP Pagebuilder Pro built front page what js is involved there for this drop down to work? rgds

Perhaps you can start a new thread on our forum and provide us with your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check.
