Hi,

Please can you confirm how hits are calculated? I have received a high number of hits on a couple of blog stories and wanted to find out if these hits are purely individuals visiting the site or could it also contain robots from search engines etc?

Hello Jude,

If you had IP Address & Session Tracking to yes, it will only count as 1 time someone reads the post. If it is set to no, a single user could read the blog more then once and still will be counted as hits.
