I see a good number of LinkedIn shares but few hits. First I write and publish the article and then I share it with an AddThis button and check to make sure it appears properly in my activity stream. The number of shares makes sense given the number of followers, but the hit count is way low. What could be causing this, please?
Hello Sam,

The hit count is depends on the total number of visitor of your site that viewed the blog post. Easyblog by right will calculate the hit count based on the unique IP address to avoid multiple hit counts by the same visitor. Perhaps you can set the hit settings to calculate based on the number of views regardless of IP address if you want to increase the hit count of your blog post.

You can find the setting from your backend > easyblog > settings > workflow > general > hits, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-24_1532.png

Hope these help

Hi Sam,

Sorry for late reply to this,

We are hard to tell you what is the issues causing this, can you provide us one of the blog post URL so that we can help you check on this?

if can, provide us again with your Joomla backend and FTP access as well.

11 LinkedIn shares, 30 hits. That seems unlikely.

Backend and FTP info provided
