I am sorry but this is not possible at the moment. Your user will need to do it via frontend.

Right now there is no option to do this to anything, but you can however in the backend hide followers from appearing in the stream. Go to sitename/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=settings&layout=form&page=users

In the "User Settings" section you will see "Add stream when user following on another user" which you can select no. I attached a screen shot of where it is.

Also if you have a specific removal option that you do not want in the stream that may benefit the rest of EasySocial users, you should make a request.
