Hiding content from activity stream

Is there a setting to turn off the content part of activity stream items in the EasySocial Stream module? For example, I have a stream item that says "ABC is reading the article XYZ", and below that is the article title, category, date, and introtext. I'd like hide everything but "ABC is reading the article XYZ"--I could probably hide it through custom css, but I'd like to know if there's a configuration setting for this first. Thanks!
Hey Alan,

Unfortunately we do not have the settings for this restriction at this point of time.

But you can use CSS to hide it.
