Users log in to the homepage, but only want to receive Acymail newsletter an manag their account. Otherwise, they want to remain anonymous. Is there a possibility in easysocial to exclude users for easysocial, so that the profile is not visible.

You can configure this setting http://take.ms/TLRGd for that particular profile types and that users should not be able to access Easysocial page and will not shown Easysocial's users listings.
