I've checked your site and these details from from settings " Show User Detail Fields" which is already disabled at your site. so you don't need to do the override for this.

It's coming from Easydiscuss user profile plugin, i've disabled those field from registration.
Here : https://www.maizpide.eus/administrator/index.php?option=com_plugins&view=plugin&layout=edit&extension_id=359

Please check this issue again and update us if still issue persist.

but we have another problem now added and quite serious. If you register as a user the email you get, arrives without the registration link or the user, can be that easydiscuss is removing that information?
