hide the url values

hello sir,
when i click on any module,it gives below kind of link as,
/social_classified/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=profile&id=pc&Itemid=101
i dont want com_easysocial in url.

How can i hide it.

May I know on what module you are referring to? Perhaps you can provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue quickly. Please advise.
