I tried this. It does remove the "All Users" from the toolbar. But when i access the URL directly, then the page still displays with all users listed. How do i prevent this from the view level?

Sorry for the late reply. In that case you will need to modify the files or use .htaccess to reroute the page. I think using htaccess is the best bet. You can also modify the files here

JOOMLA/components/com_easydiscuss/views/users/view.html.php

to prevent users from going to this page
