May i know that you wanted to completely remove those 'News Feed' sections? If yes, you can configure this http://take.ms/O4MBk and it will completely hidden on your site .

If you wanted to hide news feed sections only, you need to do some modifications on this file components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/dashboard/default/default. You need to remove codes from line 29 to 115.

Please give it a try and see how it goes.
