We're using the forum to discuss features of our software with exsisting users. The forum should ONLY be visible if a user is logged in. We do not want it to be reached by search engiens.

I have set ACL settings for public to no on all parameters aviabliable. I have set the menu item for the forum to only be visible to a specific user group. If I have the URL directly to the post I am still able to view the post. Is there a setting I can set to hide the forum?

URL here: http://hk-data.no/brukerforum/persondata-utfyllende-status/latest#filter-sort
I changed to registered user and it now works fine. I had set a user level that I defined my self and that is only used for registered users, so it seems it does not support that. When I switched to registered at menu level it works perfectly.

It seems like the public user still can access this menu "brukerforum" , can you provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

By the way, in the future you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies
