Hide discussions from guests, display login screen instead

Hi,

I just installed EasyDiscuss for use with our JomSocial site. How do I hide discussions from guests (unregistered members) but display login screen instead. They shouldn't see or access discussion postings unless they are logged in either through JomSocial (preferred access point) or through EasyDiscuss.

Hi Bunmi,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Currently the only way to achieve this is to set easydiscuss frontpage layout menu item access to registered user only, http://screencast.com/t/hCsXlq1FVj . With this set up, when people trying to access the menu item, joomla will redirected the user to login page.
