How can I remove the Administrator Group user from showing in the EasySocial Leaderboard?

I tried the 'Include Site Administrators' setting under "General->Leaderboard Listings" but this hides only the Super User. I want to hide the user in the Administrator group but not a super user.
Hello Neel,

Yes, you need to backup the file before update. However, I've modified files for you. This will let you set the usergroup id from the backend: http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-21_1742.png . Please replace the attached files in:

../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini
../administrator/components/com_easysocial/themes/default/settings/forms/users.php
../administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/leaderboard.php

Hello Neel,

Can you try to replace the attached file in: ../administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/leaderboard.php and go to line 104, change the id 7 to your own Administrator usergroup ID.

Hi Nik,

That works perfectly! Thank you so much.

Since its a custom edit, I believe I need to add this change after each update isnt it. No trouble.

Is it possible to add a field in Back-end where we can type in the group ids that needs to be exempted from leaderboard? This will become easy to manage during updates?

Thats even better. You should perhaps add this to the core in the next release since its a very good feature to have.

I will add the updated edits to my site now. Thanks again Nik. All of you guys have been outstanding especially when I am on my deadline I am so grateful

Hello Neel,

You're welcome. I will discuss this with the developers and see how it goes.
