I'm trying to get an understanding of how to get the menu item pages display.
the pages are blank idk why I cant seem to get them working. Also, this shows up on my on the backend page of Easysocial ( Strict Standards: Declaration of SocialUserAppRelationship::onNotificationLoad() should be compatible with SocialAppItem::onNotificationLoad(SocialTableNotification &$item) in /home2/giovani/public_html/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/relationship/relationship.php on line 222 ).
Hi there,

It seems that i cant access your backend as you can see here http://take.ms/65CGz. By the way, may i know which menu item are you referring to and which sections are you seeing those issues mentioned above? It would be best if you can included those details for us further check on this issues.

Please advice.

Hey Giovanni,

It seems like there are several apps that are outdated including the relationship app. I have updated them for you and it will no longer throw any errors now

Thank you very much. I'm not sure if I'm making the Menu item pages correct. I'm trying to start on the My conversation page. I made the menu item but nothing shows up on the page and I don't see a conversation module.

Hi there,

It seems that you set your menu item to be only accessible by 'Small black business' user groups only. I have changed your conversation and user dashboard menu item to public. and why it is showing white page is because you havent assigned your template to those menu yet.

I have assigned them on 'User-dashboard-layout' and coversation layout as shown http://take.ms/0udL7 and it is showing correctly now as you can see here http://take.ms/eJsGf

Please give it a check and see how it goes

Ok, I think I'm getting the flow of it, so I'm looking at the template you assigned the user dashboard to and the Main section on the layout is set to a component. So do I create all the menu items pages with a component in the main section? I'm assuming the Module pages would be different.

HI there,

Yes, this is done when you select the menu item type while creating a menu item. By the way, it is not required for you to create all items for your menu as you can navigate through-out the site using this options http://take.ms/oEP0L on the toolbar itself.

But, it is required you to create a menu item, that is '(User) Dashboard Layout' menu items, for Easysocial to route/navigate through-out your site. Then you just need to assign those template to this menu items only. Other part of you easysocial page, will always follow this menu items and template.

I'm assuming the Module pages would be different.

As for module, it will always followed template on which page you assigned them to, but if you wanted to apply different theme for them, you can apply them on the module itself for example as shown here http://take.ms/C1Nfa

Hope this help you understand them more Please advice.
