Help with cometchat integration

Trying to integrate my easy social site with cometchat and require your assistance with the information provided below.

By the way, when looking at their login.php file, it looks like they want us to write some sort of authentication mechanism. EasySocial does not actually handle it's own logins. They are the same as Joomla Since CometChat supports Joomla, it should work?

Hello Michael,

Hm, sorry but I am actually a little lost here. We don't actually have any "settings" for Comet Chat. They are actually done on Comet Chat's end. Is there anything that I am not aware of?

Looking at their specs, it looks like it's available here, http://www.cometchat.com/easysocial-chat

I'm just as perplexed as you. I do not understand what they require and thought to ask you guys just in case you could be of help.

Hello Michael,

Maybe you want to let them know that EasySocial uses the same authentication mechanism as Joomla and it doesn't have it's own authentication system. Perhaps they are a little confused over that.
