Hello guys!

I know this question is "out of the box" and is NOT a support question. Anyway I try to customize the ES dropdown menu module like it is shown in the attachment. I´am happy with every help you can give me!

Thank you in forward!
I dont think you can do it directly with the module directly. You can probably just do it with pure css. Maybe not the headings, but you can perhaps add the font awesome icons using css's ':before' pseudo class and then use ':nth-child' to add icons for each list. But if you do that, you need to keep a note since you have to edit the css each time you chance any links in the module. Thats probably what I would do..

If you really want to customize the html codes, you might want to start looking at /modules/mod_easysocial_menu/tmpl/default.php . Another alternative is to use css codes to style them like what Neel posted above.

Seems like re-arranging the menu is a popular request (I have my own setup). After ES 1.3 stable and voices gets a little bit of tune ups I could make a voice page on what would be a simple method for managing this. I'll give you guys a hint, it involves a Joomla menu named "EasySocial" where ES's menu items are placed in it. Kunena's menu is very manageable from Joomla itself and uses very practical practices. It would also assure that proper menu items are made for certain items.

Hm, in the dropdown menu module settings, you could already configure it to pull specific menus from your Joomla menu already.

Right, that was an awesome feature! Again, I personally don't need management of the ES Menu considering that I have my own bootstrap menu for my site.

In this case this is about the many folks who use ES's native menu (the one that displays in the component). The idea I presented was to help the many folks who want this changed to their ordering/items they desire and save the stacked team support time by not having to maintain this modification.

Usability is very important for many of us and in our case we have to many links to provide. Giving the links a easy structure by ordering and change menu items depending on the website structure is essential in my mind.

@Josh Lewis - it would be great to get help with this
