Hi, we've talked about this already, but it is still happening. Usually I can bypass this by clicking on My Account > Dashboard > and then Clicking Support Forums again. But, why the extra steps? I tried this again, and it gave me the same message:

Please extend your subscription to view the answers here.


I was trying to view a message in the EasySocial forum.
