Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I can replicate your first issue into my locally, but how you replicate the second error?

The second error happens when i try to do a 'profile switch', from a traveller to business member.

Hey Colin,

Can you check my attached screenshot below and see is it you referring this switch profile part?

Because currently i only can recall only this part can switch profile, if not, can you share with us which page URL can perform this switch profile so I can check on this issue directly?

Hmm, there was a setting to allow users to switch their profile from the front end. Which I can no longer find or see the profile switch in the front end. I was however able to change the profile in the backend...

Hey Colin,

Switching profile is possible when they edit their profile as you can see here, http://take.ms/4v0Yrd . If it doesn't appear for you, you need to edit the profile type at the back end and ensure that profile switching is enabled for the profile type as you can see here, http://take.ms/pEj5i
