Have you tried to update your Office template to it latest? If not, can you update them and see how it goes.

If problem still persisted, it would be best if you can provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue. Please advice.

I have latest version of office template 1.0.5. But It does not compatible with latest version of joomla 3.8.13.
When I edit menu, It show "Cannot use object of type stdClass as array". You can test your template with new joomla.

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.
