Hello,

I just recently updated to the latest version of easysocial and my easysocial header menu is now broken. When you click the icons it just adds /# to the url but nothing happens.

Can you please look into this for me whenever you can?

Thanks.
It also appears as if advanced search and the little gear icon arent working here either

and now when i enter in a search item, a suggested list of results isnt being generated

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I've tried to login in your site, but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working, please advise.

Response: 530 Permission denied.
Error: Could not connect to server

And FTP as well.

Please note that the ftp is sftp. The credentials should work as I was just connected a few minutes ago.

As for Joomla, I will double check the issue now.

You're welcome, keep us update if the issue still persists and provide us which browser you access your site.

Because I've tested in my Windows Chrome and Firefox browser, it seems work fine.

Everything looks good now. It was a caching issue on one of my devices.

Thanks
