I have created two pages doing what I think is the correct thing but one page is working and one page is not. The difference seems to be a <span> on one page that is not on the other. I am using the EasyBlog editor.

This is the source for the page that is displaying the Amazon_Results:

view-source:https://www.drcarney.com/shop/amazon-storefront/cookware/electric-cookware/entry/instant-pot-lux80

This is the source for the page that is NOT displaying the Amazon_ResultsZ:

view-source:https://www.drcarney.com/shop/amazon-storefront/cookware/electric-cookware/entry/instant-pot-duo60-6-qt-7-in-1-multi-use-programmable-pressure-cooker

If you search on both pages for the string "<div class="amazon_results">" and then look at the line above then you will see the difference. The page that is working has "<span>" at the end of that line and the page that is not displaying does not have it.

The problem seems to me to be in the editor because I am not seeing how this span could be in one and not in the other. What I keep trying to do is copy the strings of text into my Text Blocks using the option to "paste as plain text".

Any insights will be greatly appreciated. When this works it takes me a few minutes to add an item. When it does not work it takes me hours trying to figure out what went wrong.

I am using a memorized template called Amazon Storefront.

Thank you,
Sean
Hi there,

After checking on your site, i believe that there are nothing wrong with the editor. May i know how your get those items actually? I have tried to replace those codes, the one that is working correctly into the one that is not working, it seems to shown fine.

There might be those items no longer there and will not shown anymore. Maybe you can consult with it current service provider regarding this and see how it goes.

Please advice.

You appear to be right. So, I am a bit stumped. I will look elsewhere for the cause. I wonder if this is another case of the Chrome browser caching even after the cache has been cleared. Interesting. Another thought is that I usually paste formatted texts into Notepad++ to remove formatting and then copy it from there. So, maybe there is a problem where the formatting is actually coping because I did not SAVE the text into Notepad++ before copying it out. I am thinking maybe the SAVE process is where they remove the non ascii formatting.

I still have another page with the problem:

I will go remove all the text fields and replace them again in hopes this will fix the problem.

Hey Sean,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is actually a public day off for us here. Hm, did you already manage to fix this? I can't seem to view https://www.drcarney.com/shop/amazon-storefront/cookware/electric-cookware/entry/instant-pot-lux60-v3-6-qt

Thanks Mark,
The way I fix these is just to recreate the page by deleting all the blocks and the recreating them. I have yet to figure out why some blocks go bad but I suspect that I am somehow pasting in garbage.
