I bought your extensions but haven't found the links to download. I paid in a hurry so I didn't remember the detail, like if I login before ording them. Please give me a help. Thank you!

Please pay attention to the attachments, which are from my paypal.

I've read some the similar issues here and perhaps what happened is that the email I registered here is different from what I bought (my paypal account).

Hi Mark,

I've got your mail, and followed the link, but after I login there's no ticket. It shows "Invalid ticket ID or you do not have permission to access this ticket".

Hm, I seem to be able to locate only a Komento purchase from your e-mail. I have linked it to your account now. As for your other purchase, did you receive an email from our merchant regarding the order reference #? This is because we can't lookup your order with your paypal reference.

I check my gmail and found Komento's order reference is SI140228-7409-41186. But nothing else. I can only give the screen of my paypal. Please have a check below.

Thanks for getting back to me. Can you please provide me with the order id from Paypal for the payment of EasyBlog? I will try to submit a ticket with our merchant and see if they can provide more insights on this.
