All of the background colors of the rows as well as the padding and margin options of the rows have ceased to be displayed on the home page at https://www.dev2.carneycorner.com/

Very strange. Have you ever seen this? If I go into the Layout Builder I can see the colors I have selected as well as the margins and padding settings but they are NOT being displayed.

For example you can look at the background color for the Dr. Carney Ads row and will see that the color that is being displayed is different. It is a color I am using throughout the template but should not be displayed there.

If you go to the next row called Blogs Promo you can also see that the background color is NOT being displayed and neither are any of the margin and padding settings.

And, this goes all the rows as far as I can tell. It is very strange. Have you ever seen this happen before?

Thanks, Sean
Hey Sean,

Sorry but I don't quite get you here. When I tried to access https://www.dev2.carneycorner.com/, it seems to be rendering correctly for me. Could you please include a screen shot of the area that you are referring to?

The differences are all very subtle. For instance the background color for the first row with the ads is a pink type of color and not a light green.

The padding above the second row is not displaying.

But, I also received a notification from our host that the server is having problems and that there will be a two hour emergency downtime scheduled tonight to fix the issues on the server. So, if the issues are not fixed then I will certainly send screen shots of the front page and the settings configurations to show where the configurations are not displaying any more. They were looking great and then all of a sudden much of the css stopped displaying.

Here is what they stated:

With this maintenance we will attempt to resolve ongoing software lockup issue occurring on the server where above sites are hosted.

Yes. That is what I am also seeing. It does not match the settings in the Layout Builder. But, I think we should not look at the problems any more on this site until after the emergency servicing that CloudAccess.net has scheduled for tonight on the server.

Sure, maybe when they are back again, let us know and we'll look into it.

OK. CloudAccess.net has completed the upgrading of the server. This problem is unfortunately not fixed. I am not sure if it is a problem with the Helix Ultimate framework or the problem is with the caching on the server. I wish I knew how to somehow force the template to regenerate itself from scratch but using the settings that I have in the configuration.

One of the many things that is wrong is the background color of the first row. Right now it is displaying a light green background which is the default template background color. But, it is NOT displaying a sort of light pinkish red color that should be displayed and which is defined in the background color field. That color is #e9d0cc

This is the row that contains the four rectangular ads on the home page at https://www.dev2.carneycorner.com

If you have any idea of how to force this to regenerate and display what is in the configuration of the template, I will be very grateful. The last thing I remember doing before the template fell apart was uploading an image for the logo. But, that seems very unlikely to be related to this problem.

I believe the folks at JoomShaper may need to see this. It certainly seems like a very serious bug to me.

Hey Sean,

My apologies for the delay. It appears there is a bug here when a logo image is set under basic settings(https://www.screencast.com/t/XylHWAw945). I will log this issue in our internal tracker.

I have helped you apply a temporary fix in the following file: JoomlaFolder/templates/charm/features/logo.php

Can you help me double check again and see how it goes? The pink background should be showing fine now: https://www.screencast.com/t/yzXn0zA4lEAm

Thank you very much for finding this. I knew it was either a bug with the template or a problem on the server. So glad you solved it and the site is working properly again.
