Hi SI Team

I have a vague recollection of there being some kind of

"Have not seen you in a while mail?"

Something that you could set up if a user has not visited the site in a certain amount of time.

I have searched the documentation but have not found anything!?!

Thanks for the reply.
So I have now also found the template for this in the Email template manage so I obviously need to activate it there.
I guess I also need a working cron job for this to work?

Yes, it is only processed when the cronjobs are being executed as it would be too heavy for the site to process all these data.
