Hashtag ought to use a better URL

Right now the path to a hashtag is: http://www.stackideas.com/community/dashboard/hashtag/hash-tag-name
This is a bit lengthy if you ask me. I believe it's important that we try to make it a bit simpler. Ideally it could be stackideas.com/hashtag/hash-name but I can settle for stackideas.com/community/hashtag/hashtag-name if that is preferred. I bring this up to make sure hashtags have a good starting.

The feature itself is working just fine!
Thanks Josh but it would be good if you could post this in the voices instead of the forums

Alright. I figured small requests could go in the forum and that big feature requests go in voices. But even the small ones are for voices as you say. I'll keep this in mind.
