Guest Users post Name

We are taking Guest posts (No registration on the site) with EasyDiscuss, but even when I fill out a name, it shows posted as 'Guest'

I've got Name Format set to Real Name

What does it need to be set to in order to post the users name as they filled it out?
Hi, is there options to see guest's email addresses when someone create post as a guest?

Unfortunately we do not have this option for set to see guest's email addresses when they publish a post.
