I'm still getting 'Guest updated their profile picture' on my activity stream (URL example included). I have no idea how this would be getting created and not associated to a specific account.

About 10 identical posts get created too for this (I've deleted all the extra ones).. This happened to me twice yesterday.

Any ideas?!?!?

Thanks
I think it's something to do with the Facebook registration process... I've identified that the photo source is from potential new users who register through Facebook but aren't yet approved..... can you see anything in the code their which would create this "Guest updated their profile picture" stream entry?

Hi Andy,

Sorry for late reply to this,
May i know how to reproduce this?
Because I've tried to register in your site via Facebook, you can check it from your backend Easysocial user page.
By the way, I didn't noticed got any guest updated their profile picture stream in your dashboard.

Also, I'm not able to access in your Joomla backend because I hitting this :
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

please advise.

Hi Arlex.... Thanks for looking into this.

1. Yes I can see your Facebook registration so that seemed to work ok.
2. I've re-added the super admin login details to this reply so it should give you access ok.
3. I've added a new link example of the issue which happened again earlier today in my activity stream (apologies I may have deleted the prior one)... This is the direct link to 'guest updated their profile picture' but if you login and scroll down my activity stream you'll see it shows 12 times!!!!
4. I'm not sure exactly how to replicate the error... I'm just reporting that it's happening!
5. Grateful if you could remove the screenshot from earlier post (just for privacy reasons on my site)

Hello Andy,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

The current access credentials does not permit us to view your database data. Can you provide us with phpMyAdmin access so that we can view your #_social_stream table data from your database? With that hopefully we can find out the user id that created the stream and proceed from there

Please advise.

Hello Andy,

Could you please provide us with the phpmyadmin access? It would be much easier for us to actually troubleshoot this directly on your site.

Hello Andy,

Hm, there is something odd about these streams as they are actually generated by a user's id of 0. Was the user account deleted? I am trying to figure out how these were being generated. Do you have any idea how to reproduce this?

Hi Mark... Yes I unfortunately can't work out how it happens. It just happens from time to time.... It seems I think to always be new users and yes, perhaps they don't complete the account registration process or something... why it's there multiple times is odd too..... I have no idea how to reproduce it!

I can just re-report it next time I spot it and then we might get some further clues...
