guest posting and other things

Hello
I will start to use my copy of Easy blog .
I want to ask some questions and please to clear every answer .
1- what is the security risks that made you deny Guest posting , and is it able to modify the component core to unlock that feature , and if yes please to tell me from any file the developer must start .

2- Is it possible to add a text field in the URL post tab in Quick post , so user can add some description to the shared link !!
If not from admin then pls tell me which files to modify to add that field !!!

I am sorry, but it is not possible to allow guest to posting in EasyBlog because we want to avoid the possible spamming of the site and also not possible to add text field in the URL post tab in Quick post as we do not have setting for it.

Still not answering me as well as I need .
1- I can use captcha to anti spam , so if there any other reason of disabling guest posting if doing so !!
still no replay according the files to modify in both 1 and 2 cases I have asked about .

Hi Kadri,

Yes we know you use captcha to anti spam, but it still impossible to do because the modification will involve a lot of files including the database.

so I need your help in making the same module as in your demo , to let guest choose a profile to log with ...
or a module with a sign in as a Guest button , pressing it will longing him in without asking for user and password.

The module that you see is a custom module written by us. If you want something similar, we can copy these codes and build a module for you but this will be a customization and you need to request for a quotation at https://crm.stackideas.com
