We do not have such functionality currently and to be honest, it doesn't make sense if guests are allowed to like / comment on streams. The whole idea of a social network site is to get people on board and not just guests.

Unfortunately most, if not all social networks software out there doesn't allow guests to like or comment and there is a reason behind that, which is spams.

I am sorry but I am afraid there is no easy way around this.

1. Maybe I need to hire someone to hack the EasySocial code about this but I am worry when the new version will be release, it will not easy for me to update it....

2. or maybe I need to change from "like" to be "view", when user share their single stream to Facebook or other social networking when other user come to my site through their share so we can count the view....

3. Or I can add Facebook like for guest to like on their stream.... (I have Easyblog already, it has Facebook like also.......)

which one is better or me?

thank you...

Hi there,

2. or maybe I need to change from "like" to be "view", when user share their single stream to Facebook or other social networking when other user come to my site through their share so we can count the view....

From my opinion, it is better like this, lets user share those stream on your site only. As other suggestion, will requires more works in order to achieve them.

Please advice.

It is more working and more money for developer also.

I think to hack the EasySocial maybe cheap because you have some code already, what we need just add some code for guest can see like and share the steam.

If now the guest can see the like and share could they process them or not? Or your code need them to sign up. Could you tell how to complete it clearly so I can explain developer too.

And could you tell me what are the files that the developer should go to hack maybe the price for me will low also.

I can't add Facebook like because EasySocial has like already.

Thank you.

Hi there,

I agreed with your method where you should implement sharing to Facebook for your site and it will required a lot of modifications on many related files that is on it cores files and where it views pages. Or maybe you can created an apps for user to be able to share your post without login to your site.

By the way, i am sorry as i cannot provide you on any related files as it is based in your modifications and it will requires a lot of files to achieved this.

Thanks for your understanding

Hi team,
Now I decided to hire someone to hack EasySocial core code allow none register can click like on the user stream.

With EasySocial, one user can click only one like on user stream. Even thought how many browser software they are using. He can only give one like to someone's stream.

How about the none register can click like? Could you advice what should we can control one none register can click only one like on someone stream like register user?

It means none register can't click many like on the same stream.

Thank you.

Hi there,

You can asked your developer to do checking on guest user session, as it will based on their current IP address as it is unique.
