Two sites using EasyBlog.

I can't seem to set the user ACL settings for one of the sites.

With the site that is correct...... guests cannot post. Registered users on the site have a means of uploading file or images via the comments section of a blog post.

On the site that I'm having problem with, guests "can" post, which I do not want. When a user is logged on, he can't upload files, which I do want.

I've tried to match the setting from the good site to the one in question. No joy.
