When posting a new blog, there used to be an option to allow/disallow comments for each blog post. This is even shown on your demo page. It does not appear, however, on my site.

Also, in going through settings, there is nowhere to allow/disallow guesrts to post comments. Is it allowable for guests to post comments. Right now, it looks as though you have to register and login first.

Thanks,
Andrew
Hey Andrew,

We actually try not to show too many options to the authors as it would just be too overwhelming for them and this is why we disabled that settings by default. You can activate it by heading over to Settings > Editor and enable the option highlighted here, http://take.ms/d5OMZ6

As for allowing guests to post comments, they are also disabled by default as some customers installs EasyBlog and completely forget about it which results into tons of spams. The Joomla! security team advised us to turn it off by default or we might cause a risk to site owners.

To allow guests to post comments, proceed to the ACL section and open up the user group "Public" and "Guest". Then, under the comments tab, enable the option highlighted here, http://take.ms/o0krcI
