I think There are some possible security issues with permalink, that will be good if regex control allowed
Thanks for the heads up on this gökhan, but we do have a "forbidden" settings where you can disallow specific characters to be in the permalink already.

yeah, i checked some of them like admininistor, info.php etc but still we can add some chars as you see on my screenshot

You can add those characters under the Disallowed option
