Thanks for looking at it. I found the issue, it is a conflict with BS3 CSS on:

    .btn-group > .btn {

        float: left;   <-- this messed up the layout

        position: relative;

     }

I don't know if adding a specific float:none to ES style would prevent conflict with default BS CSS. I can easily fix this with my template but a better solution is with ES theme
