Group URL not shortened

The (attached) Group is now showing the long URL - all other groups seem to be behaving. Thoughts?
Hi there,

Actually, "Url Shortener" Plugin is used only to remove your homepage menu url when you access user profiles. It will not append on others URL. Please advice

I don't believe that is correct as all our 50+ groups have shortened urls (please select any one on our website) and the url will be http://www.website.com/group-name

We have never had short urls for groups.

Can you please explain to me why the naming convention for all our groups are the same but the Sponsorship group is different so I can better understand?

It is because you have created menu items for most of your groups under your Hidden menu. If you want your sponsorship group to also have a specific permalink, then all you need to do is also create a menu item for that group.

Yea I did that but was getting permanent link conflicts all of a sudden..thanks for looking at that, I will mess with it more..Happy holidays
