Hello. Sorry, I can’t do backup at the moment. Also it’s life site and we are in different time zone, so it will be difficult for support to run PHP instantly after backup.

It is a nought to download database only?
Can you please download DB directly before run script? If it possible, I’lol add ISPmanager acces. Thanks.

I think you can just export this #__social_videos table for backup purpose.

Because the PHP script only make it automatic re-save the existing video, so it will store correctly for the oembed HTML data.

I can do it only later, when support is offline. Than members will add more videos and backup will be outdated? May be you can please export table for me and than run script? Thanks.

Hello. How can I do it? At the moment site use PHP - 7.2.10 (alt) and it has this big values:

max_execution_time 600
post_max_size 4096M
upload_max_filesize 4096M
default_socket_timeout 60
hard_timeout 2

What kind of value should be increased? Thanks.

But I will run this PHP script again tomorrow morning when I reach office.

It seems like I still hitting that time out error, but I already run the PHP script in my locally because I did imported your video table in my site, now only leave 4000 videos haven't store the correct oembed HTML content.

Once it done in my locally, this is the step I will do on your site :

1. Update you I already done in my locally
2. Need to set your site offline for 5 - 10 minute.
3. At the same time, I will rename this table `e2gr3_social_videos` from your database then import back the same video table with the latest data.
4. Once import finish, then make the site to online.

I already backup your current video table to this name `#__social_videos_bak` and import back those correct oembed HTML content for those migrated video, can you give it a check is it work fine now?
