Group - Restrict posting to admin?

Hello,

Is there a way to restrict posting to the group admins for a particular group? We still want group members to be able to comment on the posting, but we don't want them to initiate a new post.

Also, is there a way for EasySocial to email all members 'Group Suggestions' for groups to join?

Hey Meagan,

We added this feature in 2.0 (If I recall correctly) where you could configure the group (as group owner or group admin) to restrict stream posting permissions, http://take.ms/YElMW .

If you don't see this field, there is a possibility that you did not add the field into the group's category custom fields, http://take.ms/2iEMf

Unfortunately it is not possible to send out emails to suggest for groups currently.
