Group photos do not link. You can see this issue here:
http://www.test.alpineascent.com/group/item/1-adventure/photos

As in if you click on the photos, they do not link to anything. I recommend having them open in the popup box. I am glad to see the movable cover photo issue solved.
Hi Josh,

Regarding your issue, I've added a fix on your test site and now the filter link should work correctly. Please verify again. Below are the files I've modified.

JOOMLA/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/router/adapters/groups.php
JOOMLA/components/com_easysocial/views/groups/view.html.php

The fix will be added into next release of EasySocial
Hope this help and have a nice day

Hello Josh,

Hm, when I accessed that URL I don't actually see any images. Can you please advise?

Good catch, you spotted another minor issue. The url changes when you click the group photo app link, but when you link to it as I did above, it shows the main group stream instead of the photo one. Not a big deal, but it would be nice to address this.

So to see the issue mentioned above simply go to the group page and click the photo app on the side.

Hello Josh,

I believe this issue is only related to your group cover upload in the stream as I was able to reproduce this locally. Here's a quick fix for this, download the attached file and upload it into /media/com_easysocial/apps/group/photos/themes/default/streams/

Awesome, that solved the original issue of this thread. Now it would be nice to solve the other one. When trying to access the group photo app (I guess technically it's a filter) from the url, it ignores it and opens the main stream. Considering that the url changes when you click the different apps/filters, they might as well be useable when people link to them. The profile already performs well in that regard.

Hello Josh,

When you click on the filters on the left, it actually shows stream items that are type of a photo. It doesn't actually display photos

I'm not just talking about photos, I'm talking about all the filters. When I link to links, I expect the link filter to open: http://www.test.alpineascent.com/group/item/1-adventure/links

Instead, the link in this post shows the entire stream. It should be just like the profile where you can link to specific apps/filters considering that the url changes. I feel that at least half of the work is already done for this. (whether intentional or not)
