Hello Support

As far as I can see there is no email notification for a group. I.e. no way of pushing new info posted in a group to group members via email! Is this assumption correct? I am looking in the window that appears when I click “Manage Group” on the groups home page?

thanks

Paul
Hello Paul,

I have check your site and your cronjob settings and it seems like there is missing cronjob command. I have helps you put the correct command and set to processed 50 emails in 4 hours interval. You should be receiving email stating cronjob task completed.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.

there are actually lots of group notifications and emails available. check your easysocial backend > alerts
there you can configure them all (for milestones, tasks, new members, discussions and so on...)

Hi Alex

Thanks for that. I found what you were talking about.

@ Support, every single one of my notifications is switched on. Green tick box. I have test 100 different things and not been notified about any thing so far. Am I missing something

thanks

Hello Paul,

Check in the Mail activity area and see if there are any pending emails? Perhaps you did not setup the cronjob yet?
