Group Discussion Posting - Editor not working + text hidden

Hello,

I typed a lengthy discussion (agenda) in a group, however, after 200 characters, I could no longer apply the style edits (bold / italicize, etc.)

Also, when I saved the discussion, only a 7 lines of the discussion displayed (versus all 40 lines).

*In addition, can you include 'Default Editor options' for groups the way you have them for events? We need editor functions such has bullet points and linking, colors etc.

I already tried to replicate this locally and also in a dummy group on your site but I am unable to replicate your issue(http://take.ms/HZOMR).
Can you provide us the exact steps on how you created that group discussion along with its contents? Thanks.

For the 'Default Editor' options, your input is appreciated. We will consider adding this for groups as well in a future release.

**I was finally able to get all text to paste, but I could not apply formatting to any text that fell 'below my computer fold.'

Maybe if you update the editor default options, that will solve this issue.

I'm sorry as I do not get what you mean by 'below my computer fold'. Can you explain in further detail what you mean here? And some screenshots perhaps?.

We have decided to include the default editor options for groups as well. The new update for EasySocial should be releasing in these few days.

Hi Raymond,

'Below the fold' means anything that falls below your computer screen whereby you have to scroll down to see.

In this case, all text in the groups (half way down) that I have to scroll down to see, can't have formatting applied to it and my screen pops back to the top of the screen page.

In any case, updating with the 'default editor' options like for events should solve issues.

We'll update when you release.

Hey Meagan,
I tried applying formatting in the text below where I have to highlight and scroll down. As you can see in the recorded video(https://www.screencast.com/t/zVCkVDxW), I am able to apply the bold format in the text.
Perhaps I am missing something here?

Anyway, we have already released a new version for EasySocial and the default editor options is included for groups description so you can now use other editors in your site to edit the group description.
